Filing a Stipulation
Info: Once you submit your filing, CM/ECF issues you a receipt. Since this receipt is now issued in lieu of a conformed copy of your filing, it is a good idea to print this receipt and include it with your files.

This is now an official court document. The date and time your transaction was received by the court and the number assigned to the document can be found on the receipt.

Important: Don't forget to send a copy of the proposed pretrial order in WordPerfect 6 format to the Court's e-mail address: ecf-cand@
cand.uscourts.gov
