Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How can I access the case files and docket for this case?

The case docket and case documents are available from our e-filing system. Please click here for more information.

How can I get a notice when new documents are filed in this case?

You have two options, but please note that you do NOT need to do both; doing so will cause you to get duplicate e-mails. We suggest you subscribe to the e-mail announcement list only. You will then receive all the information the court can provide you, as soon as it is available.

  1. Subscribing to our special e-mail announcement list for this case will provide you with information including case logistics and proceedings from the Clerk's Office, and will alert you of all new filings in our CM/ECF system on this specific case.

  2. If you are a member of the news media, educational institution or other interested party, and wish to get e-mails when case activity occurs in any pre-specified cases in this district, you can register for our "Special Mailing Group" in our efiling system. For more information, and to register, click HERE. Note that setting up an SMG account will not subscribe you to any other e-mail list. It will provide notifications of case filings only, not case-related information (such as press passes, etc.).

Can I get the contact information for the attorneys on this case?
Attorneys may change at any time on a case. Please check the docket for a current list. The docket will show the names, addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses for all attorneys who have appeared on the case to date.

Can I speak with the judge or someone in the judge's chambers about this case?

No.
