Case Docket and Case Documents
Certain filings of special interest are available here.
The case docket for any case in this district is available online from our Case Management / Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system. This "E-Filing" system is designed to allow attorneys to submit case documents over the internet, as well as receive notice and case documents regarding all case activity by the court or other counsel.
The public also has access to the system, but interested parties must register with PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) to obtain a PACER login and password for the CM/ECF system.
To register, visit the PACER Service Center. This is the federal judiciary's centralized registration, billing, and technical support center for electronic access to U.S. district, bankruptcy, and appellate court records.
Registering with PACER is free, and all documents filed by the court in accordance with the E-Government Act are also free, but there are charges for other court documents and all documents filed by attorneys.
